Hi, I'm Dr. Dylan Wells

I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist as well as a certified strength and conditioning specialist.

I know exactly how you feel. A few years ago, I was trapped in a cycle of crippling headaches, relentless brain fog, and constant fear of the next attack. This really started messing with my relationships with loved ones, my performance with school and then work, and ultimately kind of just how I felt about myself and my mental health.

After trying what felt like every solution under the sun—from restrictive diets to random online tips—I finally found a breakthrough.

My journey led me to dive deep into the latest scientific research during my training as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and my orthopedic residency training. Through reading everything I could find on the subject, I uncovered what I call the 7-Pillars of Migraine Mastery, a holistic, science-backed approach that transformed my life and brought me from chronic pain to migraine freedom.

Traditional migraine management often relies on quick, reactive fixes that simply mask the pain.
